LeisureCorp and INGREDA are delighted to announce that the Development Agreement and associated Project Agreements were executed on the 11th March, 2009 and plans are now underway to develop this amazing five star 91 suite hotel.

The Melbourne Yacht Club Hotel’s vision is to create a world-class waterfront all suite hotel based in the Melbourne Docklands with a boutique brand that is distinct and unique with a multitude of experiences.

Having a two-tiered roll out, today one can enjoy the informal dining in the Lower Deck restaurant and bar, complemented by the amazing function space and more formal dining on offer in the Upper Deck.

With the hotel stage two due for completion in 2011, the vision is to become Melbourne ’s leading and finest boutique hotel and the first choice for business and leisure travellers.
