Melbourne Yacht Club Hotel will be the first hotel in the Docklands to be targeting an award of excellence under the new Docklands ESD guildelines. 

This rating is equivalent to a 5-6 star green rating and careful consideration is being given by award winning Builder Hansen Yuncken to all facets of design and construct.
