LeisureCorp has been engaged to work with Mornington Safe Harbour Project Committee and Parks Victoria to develop a business model and feasibility on the future operations of a 180 berth state of the art floating marina.

The capital works budget for Mornington Safe Harbour Marina is estimated between AUD$18-20 million.
