Prior to establishing LeisureCorp, Scott Eccleston was Chief Executive Officer of the Sandringham Yacht Club (SYC) from March 1997 through to July 2005.
During the eight (8) years at SYC as CEO Scott Eccleston presided over the development of SYC into one of the most successful Yacht Clubs in Australia.
Prior to joining SYC, Scott Eccleston graduated from William Angliss College in 1983 with a Diploma of Hotel Management and joined Rydges Hotels and attained the position of General Manager of Rydges Melbourne.
After seven (7) years with Rydges Hotels, Scott Eccleston joined Price Waterhouse Melbourne as Hospitality Industry Consultant for a term of three (3) years.
Scott Eccleston then relocated to Singapore in 1993 for three (3) years and worked for numerous major five star hotel groups as a consultant throughout the Asia Pacific region on the development of resorts, hotels and clubs.
Scott returned to Australia in 1996 to consult for Mt.Buller Investments Pty Ltd on their subsequent acquisition of Mt.Buller Ski Resort before commencing as CEO @ SYC.
With experience in operations and sales and marketing, Renee is a revenue focused, driven leader. Renee's key strengths lie in in corporate, inbound and leisure markets, and she also has extensive contact with local and federal tourism bodies.
Prior to commencing employment with LeisureCorp, Renee was employed by Cbus Property as Director of Sales & Marketing for their portfolio of city and regional hotels and resorts in Victoria and New South Wales.
Prior to this, Renee spent six (6) years in the position of Assistant Hotel Manager at Australia's only Relais Chateaux hotel, Chateau Yering, Yarra Valley.
In the mid 1990's Renee was employed by Scott Eccleston on the Mt.Buller and Mt. Hotham consulting contracts which spanned over two years.
Renee's studies included a period of three years spent at William Angliss College in the Diploma of Hotel Management course.
Kelly joins LeisureCorp after successfully running her own Real Estate Business in the Manningham area.
With a wide range of experiences in all facets of managing a small busy office, her career has sprung from accounting and business studies focusing on business accounting, commerce and marketing.
Kelly brings to LeisureCorp a holistic business approach and a wealth of experience which includes starting her own business from the ground up.
She offers a personal, honest and fresh approach to her role, and is extremely focused on achieving high standards in all aspects of her work.
Prior to commencing employment with LeisureCorp, Bianca worked in Rooms Division at Melbourne's leading boutique hotel, Hotel Lindrum.
With a number of years experience in a management capacity, along with various sales roles in both the retail and hospitality sectors, Bianca's experience is diverse and valuable.
Bianca also has an international background which includes both studying and living in Sweden, Switzerland and Germany and speaks fluent German, Swiss and Swedish.
Bianca's studies include a course in Public Relations and Event Management.
Sydney 2000 Olympic Gold Medalist, Mark Turnbull provides Project & Strategic Management Consulting services to LeisureCorp through his company MDT Consulting Pty Ltd. Mark was one of LeisureCorps first clients as Operations Manager of the Melbourne Stopover of the 2005/06 Volvo Ocean Race and since that time, Mark and Leisurecorp have continued a succesful association and provide expertise and consulting services in strategic management, event risk management, feasibility studies, project management and operations in the development of marina facilities.

Following his retirement from professional sailing in 2003, Mark resumed a career in Project Management and in 2005 undertook the role of Operations Manager for the Melbourne Stopover of the Volvo Ocean Race for two years. After closing out this event, he returned to management consulting with Indec Consulting and has worked as Program Manager for the Department of Education, Capital Works Program ($500M+ p.a.).
