Marina Del Ray Marina, Resort & Villas
Marina Del Ray Resort & Villas is fulfilling the vision of Australian investor Captain Raymond La Fontaine, to establish world-class eco-marinas and resorts in Indonesia. Indonesia is the largest archipelago in the world and yet ironically the last to establish a network of private boat marinas.
Access to Indonesia’s archipelago has been limited to foreign yachts owners, however through a Presidential Decree in 2011, Indonesia is beginning the process of opening its borders and allowing the formation of Asiana, the largest cruising destination in the world.
The vision is to develop:
Marina
Facilities for super yachts berthing and provide fuel
Five-star resorts & villa’s
Health spas
Restaurants
Yacht Club
Private residences
Water sports and family entertainment.
This will facilitate Indonesia becoming the fourth and largest sailing and tourism destination in the world joining the Mediterranean, Caribbean and the Pacific region.
